Hello, we are Berni Turner, Andrea McMahon, Alan Kneale and Terry Craven of Debts Rescue and Community Employment Law (DR CEL) Welcome to our new and improved website of the Community Employment Law advice team.

CEL is a leading social enterprise that improves people’s lives a not for profit advice agency which is conveniently located and easily accessed by all major train and bus routes. CEL has now been established for 5 years and has a history of commitment, skill and excellence in assisting and representing our clients.

We provide a confidential, impartial and independent service. Our ethos and values provide a diverse array of services which improves the quality of life for our clients. We try to reach those parts of the community which are hardest to reach and very seldom heard.

We have an excellent reputation and have been privileged to be able to advise and assist listeners of BBC Radio Merseyside and Radio City. We have now joined a consortium with top Liverpool law firms Jackson Canter; Linskills solicitors; Local solutions and Debts Rescue in order to provide an holistic approach to legal advice, although each organisation retains its independence and autonomy. Between us we can now offer expanded areas of expertise to our clients. DR CEL’s advice is free to individual clients. If they are faced with employment tribunal proceedings and need representation, this may also be free of charge. However, we do offer, “No Win No Fee” arrangements to suitable cases. This allows us to take cases on that others will not.
